Product and Feature Launches
Customer 360
Drove and launched the Point of Arrival Framework and Customer 360 architecture across the Blue Box, and in-effect consolidating 11+ legacy systems into one, cloud based architecture. New Account Setups, Account Maintenance, and all Identity related needs are now facilitated under this new architecture. With enriched views on each customer providing additional coverage on customer PII and enhanced account setups, new products, marketing campaigns, servicing programs, and more were able to launch using the new Customer 360 data platform.
Global Dining Program

Driving the Global Dining Program alongside the GDC leaders, conceptualizing and developing the architecture and integration of Resy into American Express, and exposing the new cutting edge program across the globe was one of my favorite products at American Express. Millions of reservations have already been made under the American Express umbrella, with many under the Global Dining Program in that premium segment.
Send & Split

Launched the Send and Split product across the American Express enterprise, which partnered Paypal and Venmo alongside with American Express’s many credit card product lines. Learn more about Send & Split here. Send and Split was quickly adopted by hundreds of thousands of customers upon launch and it continues to grow every day.
Colorado Expansion

Conceptualizing and developing Tipico’s data ecosystem for multi-state and multi-product readiness. Created a new Customer and Account Framework, conceptualized new data inflows and outflows from the various databases, SaaS Apps, web services, and applications into our Data Lake, through our Data Warehouse, and out into our various Data Sharing, Visualization, Insights, and RTI systems.
iGaming Casino

Launching Tipico’s iGaming product which delivers a new online gaming user experience from the ground up. Created project plans and feature release planning and owned delivery from milestones to the final product. Worked collaboratively with the platform, native, compliance, creative and strategy teams internally as well as United States Gaming Regulators, Compliance Teams, Marketing Agencies, Gaming Developers, Payment Providers, and many more to plan, develop, execute, and deliver.
